Went in due to failure of heater unit which needed replacing under warranty. First time it went in was for diagnosis of problem, second time, 2 weeks later, for parts to be fitted, but parts were still in Germany !

Although there was a recall on my vehicle before I was able to pick it up the team were very helpful and kept me informed on the process, they went about and beyond to solve the problem. Very satisfied with the service.
